• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Assess patients health needs using an evidence based framework
• Providing a high level of safe and effective care
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• NMC registration
• A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
• Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
• Demonstrated expertise in your chosen specialty
• Strong clinical skills and judgment
